Juiced Too Many Fruits And My Sugars Got Out Of Control

Hello, my name is Deborah. I’m very much into health and nutrition. I desire to purchase a juicer but couldn’t decide on which to pick. One Tuesday night, I decided to go with a girlfriend of mines to an auction.

While there I say a beautiful stainless steel juicer from a high end name brand company. I immediately jumped on the deal. I lifted my hand to bid and I won this great juicer. Oh, I was so excited. I couldn’t wait to get it home and try it out. On the way home, I decided to stop to the grocery store and purchase some juicing supplies. Supplies like cucumbers, tomatoes, apples, oranges, strawberries, lemons, broccoli, and a fresh pineapple. I decided this would be the perfect time to detox, now that I have a juicer.

Once I arrived home, I decided to make a simple meal replacement with the juicer. This way, I will have a great meal and load my body with antioxidants. I open the top of the blender and mixed a small portion of all my ingredients. I taste the mix to make sure the flavor was perfect, and it was. It was so yummy and delicious. I made enough to last me for 3 whole days.

I thought to myself, why haven’t I done this sooner. I rather drink than eat any day of the week. I was so impressed with the juicer until I decided to tell my neighbor about my great experience. So I walked next door to give her a taste of my wonderful body meal and detoxifier. She immediately began to tell me how terrible juicing is for those who are attempting to loose weight. She began to educated me on exactly what happens once a fruit began to liquefy.

I was shocked!

I really didn’t know what to say. I actually didn’t know that the chemicals inside of the fruits causes them to turn into sugar. I had digested major amounts of sugar for days and did not even have a clue. I was too upset. Why didn’t someone tell me this before. Why don’t the advertising company state these facts upon purchasing their products. In short, I thanked her and went home. I decided not to waste my investments. I simple decided to juice only my vegetables and never fruits.

I got rid of the pineapple, apples, oranges, and strawberries. Now, I can say, I am very happy with my juicer. Especially now that I have properly learned how to use it for the good of my family and my self. To me, my juicer gives me nutrition and health on the go.
