My Omega VRT350 Helped Fix My High Blood Pressure, Diabetes & Cholesterol

fruit-basketHello! My name is Joshua G. and I am a big fan of making my own juice. A few years ago, I saw a omega vertical juicer on an infomercial, and the idea really didn’t turn me on at the time. It looked complicated, expensive, and the juice really didn’t look that good to me.

I did wonder how it would taste though. Fast forward a couple decades later. I went to the doctor, found out I was borderline diabetic, had high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. So, I asked the doctor what I should do, and the first thing she told me was to change my diet. I just shook my head, while she basically told me I had to start eating my vegetables.

We talked awhile about my lifestyle and food choices, and then she suggested I try putting some juice in my diet. Well, I got thinking about that old infomercial, and decided to give it a try. My wife and I ordered up a juice machine online and waited for it to come in the mail.

When it finally came in, I put things together, and looked for something to throw in it. Well, the wife had already been to the store, and picked up just about every fruit and veggie she could find. I started off with fruit juices, just one fruit at a time, and those were good. Then I tried mixing a couple of fruits, and those were better. Then I started adding a veggie to the fruits. Very interesting, kind of like that commercial fruit and veggie juice you see on television.

That led me to try to make something like the veggie juice you can buy in the supermarket. That is where I got hooked. It seems like whatever veggie I throw into the juicer, I like what comes out! Carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, and tomatoes tasted excellent together. Throw in a clove of garlic, and a little onion, even better. That is the part I really love, you can just throw stuff together and it comes out fresh and flavorful. I got a lot of ideas from here.

It also helped lower my cholesterol, evened out my blood sugar a bit, and even helped me drop a few pounds. I am so glad that I tried juicing, and now I wouldn’t know what to do without it.
